Terms & Conditions

Before you proceed with your online booking please read this contract carefully and ensure you accept the terms and conditions listed below.

• Reservation Fees are as follows:

• IMPORTANT NOTE re Travel Agent Vouchers: If you have purchased vouchers from a travel agent, you should not use this system but contact your chosen farmhouse direct to make a reservation.
• Please note the total cost of accommodation booked will be deducted from your Credit Card on confirmation of your booking.
• When booking, you will be asked to choose a 2nd and 3rd choice accommodation in case your initial selection is unavailable. Please take note of the cost of the 2nd and 3rd choice accommodation as it is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with any cost difference between them and your first choice. If your first choice is not available and a 2nd or 3rd choice has to be booked, any difference will be taken from or refunded to your credit card after booking. If additional funds need to be taken from your card in the above scenario, the IFH office will contact you by phone to obtain your credit card details. If funds need to be refunded to your card in the above scenario, the amount will be automatically transferred back to your card and you will be informed by email that this has occurred.
• Please note that a scenario may arise where your 3 choices of accommodation are unavailable. If this situation arises, you will be contacted directly by the Irish Farmhouse Holidays (IFH) office.
• If a cancellation is made due to lack of availability, the full cost of your booking will be refunded to your credit card including the booking and handling fees.
• Children are classed as being 11 years or under. Children of 12 years or over are considered adults. Reductions for children normally apply when children share with parents. These reductions are shown on members listing within the "rates" section as "Children sharing percentage". Please familiarise yourself with the percentage, if any, before making your booking. Please also note that not all homes cater for children.
• In the event of you wishing to make a booking within 5 days of arrival, please telephone the farmhouse you wish to book direct to check availability. This is to allow for long weekends and bank holidays where the IFH office may be closed for a number of days.
• As the online booking system does not cater for the 1 week or 3 day b&b or half board rates available in some member homes, please contact the farmhouse direct if you wish to avail of these rates.
• If you have special requirements or are catering for a large group, please contact the IFH office to make your reservation on +353-61-309955 or email info@irishfarmholidays.com.
• Please check availability with your chosen farmhouse prior to making an online reservation.
• If you are arriving at your accommodation later than 6p.m. please notify the farmhouse, as late arrivals are by agreement with the home.
